I love a good burger and fortunately for us here in Central Florida, there are plenty of places to get a really good one! Well, in honor of "National Burger Day," a new survey from YouGov asked Americans all about their burger preferencesand here are the results:

1.  73% of us say we like burgers.  18% don't like them or don't eat meat. Do the math, I'm not sure what the other 9% says.

2.  The most popular way to have a burger cooked is well done.  40% of people like it that way, including me! No red or pink in my burger please! 20% like them medium well and only 2% like them rare.

3.  The most common toppings people put on burgers are:  Cheese, ketchup, lettuce, tomatoes and onions. For me, I like cheese, mustard, mayo, pickles and onions. No ketchup on burgers or hot dogs allowed!

4.  The least common toppings out of the ones included in the survey are:  Thousand Island dressing, ranch dressing, hot sauce, eggs and relish. (I have a friend who says a fried egg on a burger is the best thing ever. So, I tried it and nope, I disagree. And who puts relish on a burger?)
