Think about how many people you really trust in your life. You have your friends, family, maybe even a handful of co-workers. But if you can't count yourself or your pet, how many people do you truly trust?
According to SWNS Digital, a recent survey says the average adult trusts only seven people. Plus, 40% say the pandemic has actually helped reveal who's trustworthy and who isn't. More than eight out of 10 people consider themselves to be trustworthy and to be one of the seven on people's lists.
It also found the top signs you're trustworthy include:
Being reliable
Not being manipulative
Having integrity
Respecting boundaries
Being a good listener
Being considerate towards others
Being authentic
Not canceling plans at the last minute.
