After yoga class a few days ago, I couldn’t help but notice a board hanging on the wall offering … “The Best Advice”. It’s a little gem of a chalkboard where all yoga-goers can offer nuggets of wisdom! What a cool concept to spread a little love and encouragement to one another!
Some of my favorites include:
1. Be present.
2. The best way to create the future, is to create it.
3. Everything in moderation (not sure about this one… I sense wiggle room)
4. Remember to look UP!
5. Keep going.
6. Never quit.
7. You never grow in your comfort zone. (Love this one!)
Life is always evolving and changing so make sure to look for inspiration anywhere and everywhere life takes you!! If I am adding my favorite quote it’s a toss up between the two…
1. Seize the day!
2. Silence is the language of God, all else is poor translation.
