Once you cluck, you just can't stop.

The golden age of strange food collabs has brought us the newest contender in the chicken sandwich wars.

According to CNN Business, ever-popular pop-top potato chippers Pringles felt the need to take a stab at the expanding fried chicken sandwich craze.

The company has introduced a spicy chicken-flavored chip, partnering with and piggybacking on Wendy’s popular ”Spicy Chicken Sandwich.”

If you're a a chicken sandwich connoisseur, you can test if the crunchy flavor lives up to its Wendy’s namesake: Customer who buy the chips will get a code for a free Wendy's fried chicken sandwich, redeemable on the fast-food chain's app.

Should this sound like a perfect marriage to you, be warned, the divorce is coming. Available in June, the cluckin’ chips will only be around for a limited time.

Speaking of bacon, Prigles did a similar campaign last year when they offered a Wendy’s-inspired bacon-flavored chip. Not unlike Krispy Kreme, Pringles has taken to trying these limited-time tastes to keep eyes and mouths on their brand. Don’t be surprised if a glazed donut-flavored Pringles comes popping out at us at some point.
