Rebel’s family just got a little larger.
The “Pitch Perfect” actress took to Instagram to announce the arrival of her first child, born via a surrogate.
“Beyond proud to announce the birth of my first child, Royce Lillian, born this past week via surrogate. I can’t even describe the love I have for her, she’s a beautiful miracle!” Wilson wrote under a photo of the baby wearing a onesie and some cute little booties.
She also went on to make sure to thank the “gorgeous” person who carried her child.
“Particularly wanted to thank my gorgeous surrogate who carried her and birthed her with such grace and care. Thank you for helping me start my own family, it’s an amazing gift. The BEST gift!! I am ready to give little Royce all the love imaginable. I am learning quickly…much respect to all the Mums out there! Proud to be in your club.” She capped the post off with three heart emojis.
People heaped on the congrats in the comments section, even some of Wilson’s celebrity pals. Brittany Snow and Skylar Astin hopped in and even Taika Waititi even stopped by writing, “yes Rebz, congrats” with a high five emoji and multiple heart emojis.
