This year’s esteemed nominees for induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame have officially been revealed, with four females included in the 2024 list, as well as quite a few bands and artists who fall into the "Wait, they’re not in yet?" category.

Announced Saturday, February 10 in partnership with ABC/Disney+ at the TCA in Los Angeles, this year’s list of Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame nominees spans the gamut, from Britpop to Heavy Metal, to Hip Hop, R&B, and Alternative -- with 10 out of 15 of the nominees making the ballot for the first time ever. As a reminder, to be eligible, an individual artist or band must have released their first commercial recording at least 25 years prior to the year of nomination. Inductees will be announced in late April while the official Rock & Roll Hall of Fame 2024 Induction Ceremony will take place in Cleveland, OH this fall with date and on-sale information to be announced. The ceremony will once again stream live on Disney+ and be available on Hulu the following day, with a special airing on ABC at a later date.
