As the artists on Audacy’s We Can Survive 2021 lineup get ready to take the stage at Los Angeles’s Hollywood Bowl, on October 23, we are proud to announce the winners of this year’s Opening Act competition.
Young In A Million will open for the Black Eyed Peas, Coldplay, Doja Cat, Maroon 5, Shawn Mendes, and The Kid LAROI at We Can Survive 2021. This year our show has a mission to support I’m Listening and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) with a goal to take care of mental health just as we would our physical health. Together we can help save lives!

Based in Nashville, TN, Young In A Million is a Pop Rock duo founded by members Kody Christopher and Alex Christopher Hayden. As winners, Young In A Million will have the opportunity to work with mentors in the music industry, receive $10k to help further their music aspirations, and of course, play live as the opening act at Audacy’s We Can Survive.
I’m Listening is Audacy’s is a 365-day a year initiative that aims to encourage those who are dealing with mental health issues to understand they are not alone and that it is okay not to be OK.
