Among the first batch of winners was Blue Ivy Carter, making history as the second youngest GRAMMY winner ever. Blue, alongside her mother, Beyoncé and WizKid, took home the award for Best Music Video for “Brown Skin Girl.”

Also, fans are anxiously awaiting to see if Queen Bey will make history as well. If she wins at least four awards, she will take the throne as most GRAMMY-winning female artist. She currently has two wins under her belt for tonight.

Nigerian powerhouse, Burna Boy took home the award for Best Global Music Album. "Africa is in the house!," he shouted during his dynamic acceptance speech. "This is a big win for my generation of Africans all over the world and this should be a lesson to every African out there. No matter where you are, no matter what you plan to do, you can achieve it," he continued.

Nas also snagged his very first GRAMMY win for his LP, King's Disease. He was unable to accept the award virtually, but his fans and comrades are celebrating in his honor.
