This is "fin-tastically" interesting.
It's always a special moment when you're able to spot a dolphin while at the beach, but one lucky looker found something even cooler.
Caitlin Mackey saw a scarce species, an albino dolphin calf, and was able to capture the moment on camera, reports WTSP.
On her official Facebook page, Mackey posted the video of the all-white calf swimming next to a larger dolphin and calf alongside the coast of Clearwater, Florida.
"Incredible footage of our local wildlife!" Mackey captioned her video.
When watching the video, you can see the dolphins are just below the surface of the water. As they swim closer, it becomes evident that one of the dolphins is entirely white.
Social media users who clicked and watched the video were also flabbergasted by the animal.
One user commented, "Is that cool or what!! I've never seen one before!"
Another person wrote, "That is amazing. Great video."
Clearwater Marine Aquarium posted to its Facebook after the sightings and said the calf is a known dolphin named Cherub. The aquarium mentioned that the animal is less than a year old.
