·New details are emerging about the sudden death of actress Hayden Panettiere, who died Sunday at age 36.
·Panettiere was found unresponsive at a residence in Greenville, South Carolina, where she had been temporarily staying.
·Police and EMS responded around 1:51 p.m. Sunday after an acquaintance called 911. First responders found Panettiere in cardiac arrest and attempted advanced life support, but she was pronounced dead at 2:32 p.m.
·Dispatch audio from the emergency response referenced a possible overdose as well as cardiac arrest.
·Narcan, a medication used to reverse opioid overdoses, was reportedly found at the scene. Authorities have not said an overdose caused her death.
·The Greenville County Coroner’s Office completed an autopsy Monday. The coroner said there were no signs of trauma contributing to Panettiere’s death. Her official cause and manner of death are still pending additional testing and investigation.
·Police also said the preliminary investigation found no signs of foul play or suspicious circumstances. The investigation remains open.
·Panettiere had spoken openly in recent years about her struggles with alcohol and opioid addiction, postpartum depression and the personal toll of growing up in Hollywood.
·Earlier this year she released her memoir, “This Is Me: A Reckoning,” which detailed many of those experiences.

·Hayden leaves behind her 11-year-old daughter, Kaya, whom she shared with former fiancé Wladimir Klitschko.
·Panettiere’s family said she brought “immeasurable love and joy” to those who knew her and to the millions who watched her onscreen.
·She would have turned 37 on Friday.
