·Taylor Swift is officially headed to infinity and beyond.

·The singer announced she wrote an original song called "I Knew It, I Knew You" for the soundtrack of Toy Story 5, which arrives in theaters June 19.


·Swift shared the news on Instagram, saying she has loved the Toy Story characters since she was five years old and wrote the song immediately after seeing an early screening of the film. She called the experience a dream come true.

·The announcement follows days of fan speculation after mysterious "TS" billboards began appearing around the world.

·Swifties quickly noticed the signs featured 13 clouds, a nod to Taylor's lucky number, and Pixar added fuel to the rumors with social media posts featuring Jessie and references to Swift lyrics.

·The song's title, "I Knew It, I Knew You," is now available for preorder on Taylor's website, along with acoustic and piano versions. The song drops June 5, while Toy Story 5 arrives in theaters June 19.

·This project could put Swift in the running for her first Oscar nomination for Best Original Song.

·Composer Randy Newman earned nominations for songs from all four previous Toy Story films and won for "We Belong Together" from Toy Story 3.

·Tom Hanks and Tim Allen return as Woody and Buzz in the new movie, which follows the toys as they battle for kids' attention against a new tablet called Lilypad.

·The news caps off another huge chapter for Swift, whose album The Life of a Showgirl spent 12 weeks at No. 1 and produced her longest running Hot 100 chart topper to date.
