SInger Billie Eilish stunned fans during the 2021 GRAMMYs ceremony with her Record of the Year win for "everything i wanted," and subsequent love-fest for Megan Thee Stallion during her acceptance speech.
But it wasn't just the awards she took home that had people talking; Billie was sporting her signature, two-tone black hair with green highlights the entire night, but emerged the following week with an entirely new look.

While it's no secret now that Billie's gone blonde, fans were quick to point out that she was probably pulling off a little deception with a wig at the GRAMMYs. In an Instagram post that has since been deleted, Billie's stylist had commented that she had been transforming the singer's look in a process that took six weeks. Of course, screenshots were taken for posterity.
"The process is real when you're doing it right. 6 weeks to get all the black out of her ends without damaging it, along with her following my strict haircare regime. We actually loved all the stages of lifting the color too but the end result is [fire emoji]," stylist Lissa Renn commented.

Teasing fans, Eilish began asking fans in her IG Story what color they thought she would go with next. She finally made the big reveal in a video and subsequent photo showing off her new, blonde look. Billie eventually confirmed the GRAMMYs wig theories on TikTok as well, posting a video of herself lifting and pulling on what appears to be a black and green wig and laughing.
In case you missed it, Billie Eilish and her brother FINNEAS took home the awards for Record of the Year for "everything i wanted," and Best Song Written for Visual Media for "No Time To Die." The duo also performed the former during the socially-distanced show, live from Los Angeles Convention Center.
