The “Modern Family” actor announced his engagement to fiancée Lindsay Schweitzer on Instagram over the weekend.

"She said, 'She'd have her people call my people,'" the 49-year-old wrote alongside three photos of the couple.
In one of the photos, the funnyman made an “oh my god” face as he pointed to the ring to show it off.
Schweitzer, however, was beaming from ear-to-ear in every picture.
PEOPLE notes that the Emmy-winning actor has been dating the pediatric nurse since 2017. The pair met in 2016 at the Big Slick charity in Kansas City.
The comment section lit up in a flurry of well wishes.
Gwyneth Paltrow commented: “YAY!!! We are so happy for you.”
“Charmed” alum Alyssa Milano kept it simple with a “congrats.”

Stonestreet is best known for his role of Cameron Tucker in the ABC mockumentary sitcom.
While Schweitzer keeps her Instagram on private, Stonestreet frequently shows her off on his social media page.
Over the summer, he shared a photo of his then-girlfriend of five years sitting on a patio couch with their dog.
“Look how cute he I mean she is,” he captioned the photo.
On July 27, he posted a photo of the two of them with the caption: “What a great picture to capture all of her beauty.”
