How to dye Easter Eggs with Blueberries
Supplies:
Hard boiled eggs cooled (dozen)
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup water
1/2 cup vinegar in a bowl
Spoon
Paper towel lined tray
Colander
Pitcher
Cup or containers for vinegar and blueberry juice


Instructions:
1.) Pour the blueberries into a medium size saucepan. Add the water.
2.) Bring the blueberries to a boil on the stovetop. Stir. Falling apart is okay. Remove them from the heat and let them completely cool down
3.) Place a colander over a pitcher and pour the cool blueberries in. Separating the skins from the juice
4.) Pour the blueberry juice in a cup / container big enough to dip an egg in. Compost the skins
5.) Dip the egg in vinegar first. Then dip the egg in the blueberry juice. Soak the egg about 10 minutes or 1-2 hours for a dark blue color
6.) Take the eggs out of the blueberry juice with a spoon and lay them on a paper towel lined tray
7.) Gently roll on the paper towel to remove excess juice, but don't rub the eggs. Let them dry naturally
