Hi there, I'm Ryder! I'm a fairly mellow guy, who at 7-years old has grown out of all that annoying puppy energy. I love to lounge around and cuddle, play a little fetch and got for car rides. I do great with kids, am already house trained and know some cool tricks like jumping through a hula hoop! I'm a fairly big guy, so make sure you have some extra room on the couch for me. My only request is that I be the only dog in your home. I am staying with a fantastic foster family right now so just email fostercare@austinhumanesociety.org if you want to learn more about me.

Meet Shimmer! Shimmer is a 1 year old cat looking for her new forever home. She gal was a little shy when she first arrived but warms up very quickly and appreciates head rubs and treats. She came in with a litter of kittens and was a fantastic mom and ready to find a home of her own. Shimmer is curious and very sweet. Come meet this lovely lady at Austin Humane Society any time!
