During her appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, the "Boys Don’t Cry" singer told the late night host that she will personally make sure the Bengals take the win.
Saying, “I know for a fact. You can bet all your money.” And what makes her so sure that a team that hasn’t been to the Super Bowl in more than 30 years will emerge victorious you might ask…
Well as she explained, “one of my men is playing there.” We’ll get to the the “one of my men” part in a second, but first let’s talk odds. While Anitta’s knowledge of football is new, since in her home country that sport is played with a round ball, two goals and your feet, she assured Jimmy that she’s done her research and is now up to speed. “I know everything,” Anitta declared. “He’s gonna have a great night, and he’s gonna win next day.”
As for the “one of my men” comment, surely you wouldn’t expect someone who travels around the world as much as Anitta does, to be tied down, seriously… she’s “gotta have options,” and we love that for her. As Anitta revealed she met her hottie from Cincinnati at a Miami strip club. After spotting him, she just straight up went for it, which she credits to her "Brazilian energy."
Anyway as we were saying, Anitta approached the footballer and said "if you don't find anyone to have sex tonight hotter than i am" then you know what to do. And well... you can pretty much figure out the rest.
As for her career wins, Anitta's had quite a few this year alone. Breaking into the American charts for one, which is no easy feat, but for her, clearly not impossible.
“Somebody told me that, for Brazilians, it was impossible to… break out of Brazil, to cross over,” she shared with Fallon. “And whenever I hear the word ‘impossible,’ I want to go for it." And go for it she did.
Currently Anitta is promoting her new English-language song “Boys Don’t Cry,” and gearing up to showcase her talents to the masses when she performs on the main stage at Coachella on April 16 and 23.
