Introducing the Earl of Sandwich, Hoagie! Hoagie is a sweet, affectionate & friendly guy who would love nothing more than to spend the day on the couch with you. Or keeping you company doing pretty much anything, whatever you're doing he's INTO it. He's such a people-focused dog, that he had a whole neighborhood feeding him well in his 'before life' on the streets.Hoagie is completely house trained and knows not to pick up anything that's not given to him. He's also working on crate training and likes having one as a safe space to lounge in. He is an absolute dream to walk on a leash, he's seriously the most calm, gentle dog I've ever walked and is not reactive to dogs / cats / squirrels (though he's curious of course). Hoagie has good social skills and has gotten along well with other dogs, though he does like to be the dominant male dog so slow / managed intros to other dogs is recommended. He has not been tested with kids but we think he'd do great with them, though he does need some work learning not to jump & get mouthy when excited. He has not been tested with cats.
