Looking for the ULTA-mate pup?!?! Ulta is all smiles all the time! She is a squatty bulldog mix of love! Ulta is a joy to have around. She is happy & hilarious; she burps & talks; she sounds like a little chihuahua when she barks; & she is THE sweetest good girl. She is a little tank of a love bug, who will trundle along after her people. She loves to chew on toys and ropes! She loves belly rubs and loves to sit in laps or lay on feet, if a lap is unavailable. She is crate trained, but not always thrilled about it. A good chew toy and cushion help a lot, as well as in and out games with treats. She'll accept kibble, for-dog-treats, or apples and carrots, but politely declines blueberries and broccoli. She knows sit (verbally and with a fist facing down), down (verbally and forefinger pointing down), in (point to her crate and follow up with pets or a treat), is working on stay (verbally and a palm facing her), back (verbally and a sweeping backward motion), and potty (verbally and the letter "P signed and shaken). She can be persistent when playing with kids and can crowd them, but a firm "no works pretty well. Sometimes she gives little love gnaws on hands and feet. She wanted desperately to be friends with the cats and would chase them if the opportunity presented itself. She responds so well to positive reinforcement and is treat motivated. She has never met a stranger and loves being the center of attention. She really hasn't met anyone she doesn't love. She enjoys belly rubs and even likes playing in water! Ulta would be a great addition to bring light into anyone's life. 62 pounds, older kid-friendly
