(SportsRadio 610) - The Texans lost their third straight game Sunday at home against the Los Angeles Chargers.
It was a tale of two halves for Houston, outscored 27-7 in the first two quarters, then outscoring the Chargers 17-7 in the second half.
But there were two specific plays that were really frustrating to watch. One of them affected the outcome of the game. The other did not, but was so senseless and unnecessarily risky.
Payne and Pendergast break down these two plays from offensive coordinator Pep Hamilton, approved by head coach Lovie Smith, and explain why they were malpractice.
