There's nothing worse than getting half way through a puzzle or other project only to discover that there's a piece missing.

That's something LEGO fans deal with quite a bit, though usually, it’s a result of a misplaced piece.

In this particular situation, one customer recently realized there was a piece missing from the "Star Wars" LEGO set he recently purchased. When he reached out to the company, he received a hilarious "Star Wars"-themed response.

The person was lucky enough to find the popular and expensive "Mos Eisley Cantina" set, but soon realized that one piece of the 3,000 piece set was missing, Inc.com reported.

After reaching out to LEGO to get a replacement, the customer received an email from the company stating: “This must be the work of Lord Vader. Fear not, for I have hired Han to get that bag right out to you. Have a bricktastic day and may the force be with you.”

Now, that’s what we call taking customer service to another level... or to a galaxy far, far away.
