Fourth of July, a holiday celebrating America’s independence, is just around the corner.

Was it ever really summer if you or your family didn't wear the annual July 4 T-shirt from Old Navy?

The latest shirts feature the American flag, but the 2021 version includes the names of the five U.S. territories, which include Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Northern Mariana Island, Old Navy reported.

Old Navy announced that the company would be giving away 2021 flag shirts to new United States citizens to celebrate their first Independence Day as a citizen of this country.

The clothing company teamed up with Welcoming America, a nonprofit organization that ensures everyone belongs and welcomes naturalized citizens with the gift of its nostalgic flag shirt.

“This July Fourth, I’m celebrating the opportunity to live out my dreams, and the diversity in America, in style,” Kris Njatcha, who became a citizen in 2015 from Cameroon and is teaming up with Old Navy to celebrate the program, said.

Old Navy revealed that it would give a $65,000 donation to Welcoming America that helps build inclusive communities across the United States. However, a portion of the funds will help July Fourth celebration events for newly naturalized citizens through Welcoming America’s member organizations in select places.

If you need a 2021 shirt, Old Navy’s Flag Tee collection includes shirts to onesies starting at $5.
