Jeremy Renner stopped by “Jimmy Kimmel Live” and shared the fun way Paul Rudd cheered him up after his harrowing snowplow accident.

Renner told Kimmel that while he was recovering from his injuries Rudd sent him an awkwardly funny fake Cameo-style video.

“He sent me a video message. Anybody know Cameo, where you can pay money and they get some movie star to say, ‘Hey, happy birthday?’” Renner said. “He made a fake one – I didn’t even ask him to – he made a fake one like I’d paid him money for a Cameo.”

Kimmel then shared the video, which featured Rudd saying, “Hi Jerry, I hear you’re a little banged up,”

“Got in a fight with a snowblower apparently?” The “Ant Man” star continued.

"Anyway, I just wanted to send this video. It's really from the heart. I hope you're feeling better. Sounds like you are. Apparently, you're a pretty tough guy," Rudd said. "Maybe I'll get to meet you one day. Wouldn't that be something?"

Rudd finished the message up: “In the meantime, take care and take it easy, ha ha, for a while. Next time, maybe just let the snow melt. Ha ha. Okay. Feel better, Jerry.”

Renner told Kimmel his pal Rudd visited him in the hospital “a couple times”.

“[Rudd was] always just making my day,” he said. “He’s one of the funniest guys around.”
