A real estate listing for the motel featured on "Schitt's Creek" might make you say "eww, David."

The famous Rosebud Motel from the television show "Schitt's Creek" is officially on sale.

According to the New York Post, the real-life landmark, The Hockley Motel, is located just 50 miles outside of Toronto, Canada. In the show, the structure is featured as the home for the Rose family.

Fans can now buy the motel, which is on the market for $1,591,561.

If you're up for a visit, the motel is located at 308399 Hockley Rd. in Mono, Ontario. Fans of the show may remember that the motel had nine rooms in the show, but the 4,300 square-foot property has only six units in real life.

In February, it was announced that the Rose family mansion was also up for grabs.

Fans of the award-winning sitcom will recognize “La Belle Maison” as the property inhabited by the Rose family before they were evicted and forced to live in the Rosebud Motel in the first episode.

If you want it, it can be yours for $15 million.

The 24,000 square foot mansion is located in Ontario, Canada. It was re-listed on January 27, but it’s been on-and-off the market for several years.

When walking into the home, you’ll see that it has 12 bedrooms, 16 bathrooms, a home theater, a wine cellar, a billiard room, a fitness gym, and both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The home also has marble stairs, balustrade balconies, and “carved limestone and frescoes inspired by the Sistine Chapel.”
