(SportsRadio 610) - Texans defensive tackle Maliek Collins has been activated from the COVID-19 reserve list after practicing with the team this week.

The Texans also placed tight end Antony Auclair and linebacker Kevin Pierre-Louis on the COVID-19 list.

Collins spent the past 11 days on the reserve list after landing on it Dec. 20.

Head coach David Culley said Friday that Collins might be able to play Sunday against the San Francisco 49ers, but conditioning could be an issue given how much time he's missed. Collins was out for an entire week of practice, then missed last Sunday's win against the Los Angeles Chargers.

Now in his sixth NFL season and first with the Texans, Collins is the team's best interior defensive lineman with 1.5 sacks and five quarterback hits.
