(SportsRadio 610) - Just over three weeks after hiring DeMeco Ryans as their new head coach, the Texans have officially filled out the coaching staff.
Ryans is a defensive coach, so he's likely to be the authority voice on that side of the ball, even with coordinator Matt Burke joining the staff.
The biggest questions are on offense, where Bobby Slowik begins as a first-year coordinator. Their most accomplished offensive coach is Bill Lazor, who was hired as a senior offensive assistant and has been a coordinator three times, most recently with the Chicago Bears.
But beyond Lazor and returning running backs coach Danny Barrett, there is not a ton of NFL experience or track record of success on this offensive staff.
