The "Saturday Night Live" star and his mom, Amy, are assisting the condiment brand in its mission to "make taste, not waste" in the ad that's set to air during Sunday night's big game.

Fittingly-named, former New England Patriots star linebacker Jerod Mayo is shown tackling Hellmann's users, reminding them not to waste food.

Just when he's about to take down Davidson, 28, he tells him, "Whoa whoa, mom’s already tackling food waste, Mayo."

Despite that, Mayo proceeds to tackle the comedian, who quips "I get it, I'm very hittable."

The Staten Island-native's latest gig comes after he's made headlines in recent weeks for his relationship with Kim Kardashian and the recent purchase of a retired New York City ferry with "SNL" co-star Colin Jost.
