
If you have aches and pains you are certainly not alone....and if you'd be willing to give something UP to get rid of them you'd join a lot of others. Recent research says nearly six in 10 of us would be willing to give up not only our favorite food (not Rebecca Wilde....she likes to eat way to much) but also our favorite TV show for a full year.
And......drum roll please........Here are other of the top 10 things that make us feel achy . . .
1. Sleeping in the wrong position.
2. Doing laundry.
3. Heavy lifting.
4. Yard work or mowing the lawn.
5. Carrying groceries.
6. Sitting for too long.
7. Lifting or carrying your kids.
8. Sports-related injuries.
9. Injuries from working out.
10. Using the stairs.
It also found women are more likely to say they have daily aches and pains . . . 42% compared to just 28% of guys. Now, how is that fair? lol
Hate to say it but we apparently have to exercise more. Stretching properly and strengthening our muscles and most-importantly our core.
