Five-O's Tiki Foundation

In 2018, Five-O’s Tiki Foundation, Inc. was established. The foundation is a not-for-profit 501 (c)(3) organization. It is managed by a Board of Directors (the Board) led by law enforcement and community members. The Board, all whom serve are volunteers, is governed by articles set forth in August 2018. The Board is responsible for all aspects of the foundation, to include making the determination for the distribution of funds, goods or services.
