Heard of Prenups? - Now There's a PETnup

Wicker and Wilde Petnups

No one should ever try to take Wicker and Wilde's furbabies away (and this is a great reason for Wilde to never date again - LOL).

With around 50% of marriages ending in divorce, prenuptial agreements are becoming more and more common. And in some of those divorces, there is an argument over who will get the furry four-legged family member, aka the "pet." That's led to a new addition to things you need to think about before you say, "I Do."

A new concept has been introduced… "PETnups.” These pet-nuptial agreements make it clear what happens with the pets should things not work out with the humans. Much like similar agreements made regarding the children and keeps pet issues out of courtroom dispute so the animals aren’t treated on the same level as lamps, couches, and appliances....which they shouldn't be anyway.
