Halloween is almost here and Richmond Animal League is gearing up for a spooktacular adoption event! Join RAL and Hyman Bros. Subaru for the 2022 Su-BOO-ru adoption event on Saturday, October 29th! Thanks to Subaru, adoption fees will be lowered to just $10 and the event will feature dogs, cats, and kittens looking for homes.
