What makes pet parents crazy!
Wicker and Wilde

Rebecca Wilde used to be an adoption counselor when she worked in Animal Welfare and she loved making a connection between families and dogs and cats who needed homes. And there are lots of things to love about getting a pet but there is more to it than snuggles, kisses and going for walks......One things Rebecca would come across all the time are people who would say, "I'm interested in a short-haired dog (or cat) because I don't want all that hair."

As it turns out pet hair is the # Pet (no pun intended) Peeve! 1/3 of adopters admit they were unprepared for the commitment, the mess and yep! The hair......having a short-haired dog, Rebecca can share first hand that Phillip sheds like a beast! LOL

Other interesting info according to a new survey:

Some of the other aspects some people consider downsides to pet ownership include:
- Vet bills (27%)
- Picking up poo (26%)
- Barking and meowing at all hours (19%)
- But the biggest thing that pet owners simply can’t stand is all the molting/shedding that happens (31%)....not just because it happens but they find in their food and laundry to just name a couple.
Apparently 15% of pet owners, they won’t invite people over their house because of it! Well both Wicker and Wilde think that's silly....it's just pet hair.

28% of folks say they feel like they spend all their time cleaning up fur.....maybe Wicker and Wilde don't mind because we both love vacuuming....hahahaha....no seriously we do.
The average pet owner will spend one hours and 18 minutes each week sweeping up and vacuuming up pet hair....it's not that much time considering all the love and sweetness that pets bring into our lives. At least not in our opinion.
