Reflecting back on the night of the 65th GRAMMY Awards ceremony, Lizzo shared with us what moment of the night got her heart rate up.

“I will say my heart rate was the highest during the Hip-Hop tribute,” she said, adding that “when I saw Queen Latifiah and Missy Elliott and Busta Rhymes! My heart rate was through [the roof].”

The Recording Academy, Questlove and The Roots produced a massive tribute performance to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Hip-Hop that had the whole crowd in a chokehold.

With appearances from LL Cool J, GrandMaster Flash, GloRilla, Method Man and more, the 14-minute long performance was legendary and it’s understandable why it was Lizzo’s favorite part of the night.
