NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A Manhattan restaurant broke its tenth Guinness World Record after it added the most expensive French fries to its menu.

Serendipty3 on the Upper East Side is serving up $200 "Crème de la Crème Pomme Frites" after having been closed for over a year.

“New York City has reawakened, and the world is thrilled that Serendipity3 is back and better than ever,” said Creative Director of Serendipity3, Chef Joe Calderone.

The fries created by the restaurant's Creative Chef, Joe Calderone, and Corporate Executive Chef, Fredrick Schoen-Kiewert include Upstate Chipperbeck potatoes, Dom Perignon Champagne, J. LeBlanc French Champagne Ardenne Vinegar, truffle oil, shaved black summer truffles from Italy, Gruyere Truffled Swiss Raclette that has been aged for 3 months, and 23k edible gold dust.

In order to qualify for the Guinness World Records title, the dish must be available for purchase to the public, and an unbiased customer is required to buy it.

Other record-setting dishes on their menu features include the most expensive milkshake, most expensive sandwich, and most expensive dessert.
