The Teigen and Legend household just got a bit bigger.
The pair welcomed a new baby on Jan. 13 when Chrissy Teigen gave birth, confirmed father John Legend, according to PEOPLE.
During a private concert that evening Legend told the gathered crowd his family had met “the little baby this morning.”
“What a blessed day,” the musician told those in attendance.
He continued saying he had been at the hospital a great deal recently and felt “energized” by his time there with this wife.
In October of 2020 the couple suffered a pregnancy loss of their son Jack.
At the time she wrote on Instagram, "We never decide on our babies’ names until the last possible moment after they’re born, just before we leave the hospital. But we, for some reason, had started to call this little guy in my belly Jack. So he will always be Jack to us. Jack worked so hard to be a part of our little family, and he will be, forever."
