Gisele Bündchen has been doing some reflecting on her marriage to former NFL star Tom Brady.
In a new Vogue Brazil cover story, the model talked about the dissolution. Brady has recently been rumored to be in a relationship with model Irina Shayk.
"I've always believed that every situation, no matter how challenging, teaches us something and helps us grow," Bündchen told the publication. "Breakups are never easy, especially when the media is speculating every step of the way."
As the end of the pair’s relationship gained media scrutiny, she made sure to keep her priorities intact.
“I tried to focus on my children, my health, and my projects and dreams,” she said.
Post-Brady, Bündchen has been rumored to be seeing her Jiu-Jitsu instructor, Joaquim Valente. She has only said he’s a “great friend.”
Brady spent a weekend in Los Angeles with Shayk recently, bringing headlines about a romance between the two. Nothing has been made official.
