Gwyneth Paltrow is leaping into her fiftieth year!
The “Talented Mr. Ripley” actress and Goop founder posted a photo to Instagram this week depicting her absolutely beaming, ahead of the big day on September 27.
In the black and white image, Paltrow is bounding across a grassy area as she wears a bikini and a mouth wide open smile adorns her face.
“Musings on a milestone,” she captioned the post. It also pointed people to an essay she penned about her upcoming turn around the sun.
In the piece Paltrow wrote, “I understand on some level that life is linear, that I have lived x number of days thus far and I have more in the basket under my arm than I do in the field before me.”
Paltrow referenced the “sweetness of life” and how it “seems to be getting sweeter.”
The wellness entrepreneur also wrote about how she strives to be healthy but has also accepted a “mantra” pertaining to her body and how it changes.
“I accept the marks and the loosening skin, the wrinkles,” she wrote. “I accept my body and let go of the need to be perfect, to look perfect, defy gravity, defy logic, defy humanity. I accept my humanity.”
