Khloé Kardashian ran the show when it came to her most recent surrogacy journey.
The reality television star welcomed her second child in July of this year with ex-partner Tristan Thompson – via surrogate. This week on “The Kelly Clarkson Show” she opened up with the host about the experience.
Kardashian said she was inspired by the surrogacy path previously taken by her sister Kim Kardashian, who had one of her four children via the process.
“If it wasn’t for Kimberly, I definitely don’t think I would have been as comfortable,” Khloé explained. “I wouldn’t have been aware, I wouldn’t have known as much.”
Khloé noted how “open” her sister has been about her “journey,” but how personally, she took a “very different” approach.
“I think her journey was way more… it was just more comfortable for her,” the Good American founder said. “I’m such a control freak.”
“I love my surrogate, she was amazing. But I’m still like, ‘I need you sitting next to me all the time. What are you doing? What are you eating?’” She said.
In conversation with Elle earlier this year, she spoke on now being the mom of two, “I know it's cliché, but I love everything, even the hard parts.”
