It's almost time! The re-release of Taylor Swift’s third studio album, 2012's Red (Taylor’s Version), is set to arrive on November 12 -- That's TOMORROW -- and just as you would expect, Tay Tay's got some teases and special offerings.
As Swifties will remember, Taylor explained in her summer reveal announcement that her re-recorded Red could possibly, maybe include her original, 10-minute version of the album favorite "All Too Well," and it looks like we're about to be given that gift.
"This will be the first time you hear all 30 songs that were meant to go on Red," Swift told fans. "And hey, one of them is even ten minutes long." Well, if the trailer below isn't an indicator of something truly special on the horizon, we don't know what is.
"All Too Well" is the very first song Swift wrote for Red, and although a lengthy 5-plus minute version appears on the original release, Taylor has mentioned before that there are longer versions out there, including seven extra verses that never made it into the song.
Naturally, fans were already anticipating a blessed experience with the release of Red (Taylor's Version), her latest in a series of re-recordings of older albums in an effort to reclaim her ownership of the songs. But now, with the hint of a full ten minutes of "All Too Well" finally seeing the light of day, the #Swifties are rabid.
