Reigning CMA Vocal Duo of the Year, Brothers Osborne, have been nominated once again at the 57th annual CMA Awards, airing live from Nashville on November 8.
“We love ya, CMA,” the duo wrote upon receiving the nomination. “Let’s party on 11/8.”
In addition to celebrating the recent nom, the brothers are also preparing to release their self-titled, fourth studio album on September 15. “We’ve always had a lot of mystery intentionally around the things we have done, but with this album, we decided to be all in,” said TJ Osborne of the forthcoming project. “And doing that reminded me of what it was like when I first started playing music, when it was an outlet for my angst or just a way to have fun.”
Added older brother John, “since our last record, we’ve been very forthcoming with who we are. By acknowledging TJ’s personal life and my mental health struggles, we are more ourselves creatively and publicly than we’ve ever been.”
