In a new post on her social media channels, singer Avril Lavigne has revealed that she is now the newest member of Travis Barker's DTA Records roster.
Along with the announcement, Lavigne asked fans if they'd like to hear something new next week... and as you can imagine, the responses were raving.

Avril dropped the news with a series of photos of what looks like a contract signing party with Travis complete with balloons, cake, confetti, and the flipping of double-birds. Avril joins Barker's first signings on the imprint he created in 2019 in conjunction with Elektra Records, Caspr and jxdn, as well as a number of Punk and Hip Hop projects he has helmed over the years.
2019's Head Above Water was Avril's last full-length release, but was recently heard in the WILLOW track "G R O W," as well as a collab with her boo MOD SUN on “Flames.”
Also, just last week, Lavigne performed at Barker's House of Horrors concert, which featured Trav's BFF Machine Gun Kelly and his blink-182 bud, Mark Hoppus. Additionally, Avril made an appearance at Emo Nite's Vegas Vacation in October, and will be hitting the road in 2022 with European dates already set to begin on February 26.
