Wyatt, Shelton’s self-proclaimed “smallest, biggest” fan attended the show with his Mom, Harley, hoping to catch Blake’s attention with a homemade sign. The sign read, “Your smallest, biggest fan from Lake Texoma, 6 YO waiting on a [heart] transplant.”

Blake definitely took notice of the sign mid-set as he walked right in front of little Wyatt and his family.

“We’ll work this out,” Shelton told Wyatt after reading his sign and handing him a guitar pick. “You’re going to need this at some point, I’ll come over to you when it’s time.”

Blake more than kept his promise as he returned to Wyatt later in the show, bringing him up onto the stage to help him sing, “God’s Country.” The moment is one Wyatt and all fans in attendance won’t soon forget.

Wyatt's mom, Harley, told TMZ “her son was born with hypoplastic left heart syndrome, a condition where the left side of the heart does not grow, and Wyatt's already had 2 open-heart surgeries.” The pair hoped their sign would warrant a “hello,” from Shelton.

They definitely got more than they bargained for in the best way possible!
