Britney Spears might be “just fine,” according to her, nevertheless, due to new surfaced court documents all eyes are on her “in the center of the ring, just like a circus”

Taking a major step in her conservatorship, Britney has requested for her father Jaime Spears, to be "suspended immediately" as the co-conservator of her estate after 12 years. The singer's attorney, Sam Ingham, filed new documents on Tuesday, outlining her request that Bessemer Trust Company be the sole conservator of her estate, and that her dad be removed. A hearing is set for Tuesday, November 10.

As reported by ET, according to the court documents, Britney's Tristar Sports and Entertainment Group business manager quit abruptly, her father hired a replacement, Michael Kane of Miller Kaplan, without consulting his daughter or advising her of the terms of Kane’s engagement or fees. The documents reads, ”The Oct. 28 letter is a blatant attempt by [Jamie] to retain full functional control of her assets, books and records in the face of Britney's objections, Tristar’s resignation and the appointment of Bessemer Trust. His simple litigation strategy is to introduce a new gatekeeper who admittedly has a major working relationship with his legal team.”

"Therefore, Britney will be filing a petition to remove James as conservator of the estate," the doc add. In addition, Britney’s lawyer claimed that  as long as her father remains in charge and not suspended immediately upon the appointment of Bessemer Trust the singer and her estate will suffer loss and injury.

Asking “One More Time,” after first requesting the court to appoint Bessemer Trust Company to serve as conservator of her estate in August. Britney’s mother Lynne Spears, has also supports the decision for Bessemer Trust Company to serve as conservator over her daughter's estate.

Last week, Britney had a small victory when her petition request to expand her legal team was granted. While she was not present for the latest hearings, both her mother and father were accounted for.

This time, Jamie’s legal team requested that Britney be present during such court proceedings, not just her attorneys. The singer's lawyer, however, argued that it was not necessary for her to show up for such hearings.

Seems like everyone wants a piece of Britney. Stay tuned, we’re positive there will be more to come.
