Moise, who danced as part of Spears’ 2009 The Circus Starring Britney Spears tour took to Instagram on Tuesday to share her recollection of Spears being forced to perform against her wishes. Moise’s memory has proven to be another example showcasing the struggles Spears been facing under conservatorship since 2008.
"I remember crying backstage when Miss B did not want to perform because there was a lot of weed smoke in the audience," Moise shared in her Instagram story. “They dragged her by her arms back to the stage anyway. She didn't want to perform because if the conservatorship caught drugs in her system they would take away her kids."
Many clips on YouTube show moments from the night including a less than enthusiastic Spears as she muscles through her song “Radar,” which she was forced to perform after she expressed concerns regarding the marijuana smoke in the air.
Another clip shows Spears as she exits the stage after her on-stage finale saying, “Thank you, Vancouver! You guys have a great night. Drive safe, don't smoke weed and rock out with your c***s out. Peace, motherf***ers."
