Netflix is the latest streaming service to release a documentary, Britney vs Spears, surrounding Britney Spears’ conservatorship and Spears has a few thing to say about it.
Spears took to Instagram on Tuesday with a video of her posing in a white crop top and shorts to an instrumental piece with a serious look on her face. Spears expressed her feelings surrounding the new documentary in a lengthy caption to go with, which added that she was wearing all white for “new beginnings.”
“It's really crazy guys,” she wrote. “I watched a little bit of the last documentary and I must say I scratched my head a couple of times!!! I really try to disassociate myself from the drama!!!”
She continued, “Number one ... that's the past!!! Number two ... can the dialogue get any classier??? Number three ... wow they used the most beautiful footage of me in the world!!! What can I say .. the EFFORT on their part!!!”
Directed by Erin Lee Carr, the documentary highlights Spears’ conservatorship and is now available to stream on Netflix.
