On Tuesday, BTS’ V gave fans a major sneak peek of an unnamed solo track, nearly two minutes to be exact. Now many are presuming this audio snippet could be a preview of his upcoming mixtape, that he’s been teasing since June 2020.

During the audio clip, V is singing in whispered and hushed tones as his voice drifts over a haunting piano melody. The audio is moody and intimate showing off a more vulnerable side of the global superstar’s personality.
The Tweet from the official BTS account does not reveal a name to the new track, it is simply captioned “sleep” alongside a “zzz” emoji.
V sings in both English and Korean on the new song.
A fan on Twitter translated the lyrics as “I see the clouds outside are still walking in the sky/ And the ruffling of my bed covers/ Slowly, slowly fades away/ Slowly, slowly the night fades away."
In February, V shared a handful of details about his solo mixtape during his “BE-hind Story” where all seven members of BTS interviewed each other about recording their album, BE.
During this V tells us there will be 13 tracks on his highly anticipated solo project, which the ARMY has been referring to as KTH1 after his birth name, Kim Tae-hyung.
As of now, we await the announcement of a release date for KTH1.

Additionally, all seven members of BTS were recently named the newest Louis Vuitton ambassadors.
The band will team up with the world renowned fashion house on a number of tailor-made special projects, as well as be outfitted in head-to-toe LV during future performances and appearances.
During the GRAMMYS BTS hit the red carpet in custom LV suits and on Thursday, April 22, the band was introduced as official brand ambassadors for the French fashion house.
In Tweet put out by the brand, the members of BTS are captured in pastel Louis Vuitton fits and referred to as “world renowned Pop Icons.”
