In the clip, Zeta-Jones effortlessly whipped the hula hoop around her waist for an impressive amount of time. Without skipping a beat, the actress kept a straight face and moved her arms back and forth as the green hoop stayed prominently wrapped around her midsection.

The Oscar winner accessorized her black and white striped two-piece swimsuit with a visor and dark shades as Chubby Checker’s 1961 hit “Let’s Twist Again” played in the background.

“I’m a twist,” she jokingly captioned the video and added the crying laughing face emoji.

The “Chicago” star’s 3.8 million followers were equally blown away with her athleticism and physique.

“Wow!! The abs,” wrote one fan.

“You are amazing,” a second added.

“I need lessons PLEASE!” commented a third.

“Nice way to stay fit,” responded another.

Zeta-Jones’ playful routine comes just days after it was announced she’d be stepping into some famous gothic shoes.

The wife of Michael Douglas is set to portray Morticia Addams in the upcoming Netflix series “Wednesday,” which centers around the Addams Family’s daughter.

“You” actress Jenna Ortega will star as the titular and iconic character, Wednesday. Luis Guzman, best known for his work on “Shameless” and “Narcos,” will play Gomez Addams, Morticia’s husband.

The streaming giant has given an eight-episode order for the series, which hails from director and executive producer Tim Burton.

Zeta-Jones is the latest actress to inherit the iconic role. Carolyn Jones first played the character in the classic 1960s “Addams Family” TV series. On the big screen, Anjelica Huston famously portrayed the character in the 1991 film “The Addams Family” and its 1993 sequel, “Addams Family Values.”

Netflix has yet to announce a release date for “Wednesday.”
