An unedited photo of Khloe Kardashian became a topic of conversation for Chrissy Teigen and her therapist.
Earlier this month, a whole lot of drama developed after Kardashian demanded a leaked unfiltered bikini snap of herself be taken down from internet sites, reported Page Six.
The reality star later defended her decision saying she was still dealing with her own body issues “and what I want to share is my choice,” she wrote in a lengthy Instagram post.
In a recent episode of “Watch What Happens Live,” Teigen discussed the photo controversy and noted how it made her address her own insecurity issues with her therapist.
"Honestly, I went a million different ways," the 35-year-old told host Andy Cohen. "I actually ended up talking about it in therapy, oddly enough, because of my own body insecurity issues and what celebrities have done to people in distorting their image of what a real human body looks like."
Teigen had sympathy for Kardashian, but also felt “frustrated” for her reaction.
"I look at Khloé and of course I'm like, you're so beautiful, you're so strong. The change that she's made to her body she's so proud of and everybody's so proud of," Teigen said. "And you want somebody to be like [expletive] yes this is my body — in any light."
"At the same time, I'm like my god, anyone's able to say and have any kind of portrayal of their body that they want people to see," she added. "If she didn't want that photo to be out, she didn't want that photo to be out. And that's fine too."
Following her discussion with her therapist, the "Lip Sync Battle" host is confident how she would react in the same situation.
“I know that if something like that happened to me, I would want people to know that this is a strong powerful photo of myself, and I’m proud of it,” Teigen shared.
