"'Higher Power' is a song that arrived on a little keyboard and a bathroom sink at the start of 2020. It was produced by Max Martin who is a true wonder of the universe," the band announced on their social channels today.
The band officially confirmed the upcoming release, set for Friday, May 7 via Parlophone/Atlantic Records, after fans successfully deciphered their cryptic teases posted on billboards and social media that pointed to a mysterious website at alienradio.fm.
Coldplay’s "Higher Power" follows the band's 2X GRAMMY-nominated 2019/2020 eighth studio album Everyday Life and is available for pre-order and pre-save on streaming platforms now.
