Bronson's owners call him a gentle giant. But they want to help the three-year-old cat, who weighs more than 30 pounds, get a little smaller and a whole lot healthier. When couple, Mike and Megan, adopted him, Bronson was up to 33 pounds.
So they changed his diet and implemented an exercise routine, which includes playing more with toys and walking up stairs. And Bronson is already losing weight.
Experts say cats have to shed the pounds very slowly or they risk developing Fatty Liver Disease, which can be fatal.

Mike and Megan say Bronson is the sweetest cat they've ever met, and they are so happy to have him. And maybe soon he'll be fit enough to use the pieces they design from their cat furniture business.
