With the rumors growing stronger, more and more have been weighing in on the prospect of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce dating- including famed NFL coach Bill Belichick.

Talk of Taylor Swift dating Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce have been swirling for weeks now, even before she seemingly validated the rumors this past Sunday. Wearing a Chiefs jacket in Kelce’s own stadium suite, Swift was seen adamantly cheering on the player during Sunday’s game at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City. She was clearly living it up, happily cheering for Kelce’s touchdown and yelling “Lets F***ing Go!” in a clip posted by the NFL on X. And if that wasn’t enough, the singer was standing next to and chatting with Kelce’s mom the whole time. Surely, no one would meet the mom over some baseless rumors right?
The couple-not-couple were also caught by TMZ walking together after the game in their first "public" appearance. All this seems to be a confirmation enough for the public - even when the public includes Hall of Famer and legendary football coach Bill Belichick. Speaking to Audacy Boston’s The Greg Hill Show, Belichick chuckled when asked about the Swift-Kelce pair. “Well, I would say that Travis Kelce has had a lot of big catches in his career. This would be the biggest” he said, with the show laughing in response. “Nailed it, loving him was red,” Courtney Cox joked.
And this isn’t the first time Belichick has hinted he was a Swift fan to The Greg Hill Show either. Following her back-to-back Eras performances at the Patriots’ home stadium in August, the coach revealed that he was taken back by her grit. “That was pretty impressive,” Belichick said. “She is tough, man. She just stood out there and played right through (the rain).” Though, his response to being called a Swiftie was, well, pure Bill. He joked,“What does that mean, like you have a sweatshirt or something?” before adding that he actually did have a favorite song. “Well look, I’m definitely on the 'you’ve got to calm down.’ That’s pretty good, like you’ve got to calm down. There’s a lot of times when that’s very appropriate.”
